Welcome to November!
The month of gratitude, mindfulness, and the perfect opportunity to be totally honest with yourself about what you want as we near the close of the year.
For me, I'm intentionally focusing on boosting my wellbeing.
To keep myself from burning out during the run of our 6-week accelerator course, bringing my A-game to individual meetings, and showing up for family matters, I'm taking time to center myself at the start of the day with meditation, exercise, and affirmations.
Here are 3 affirmations that area easy to incorporate into your day:
I AM THANKFUL
Express the gratitude for all that you have, everything you have overcome, and the blessing to come.
I AM THOUGHTFUL
Be mindful of the actions you take, what you consume with your eyes, ears, and especially your mouth.
I AM TRUTHFUL
Be honest with yourself about how you feel, what you want out of life, and be firm with the boundaries you set.

Let's use this month as a reminder to live intentionally and focus on the things in life that truly matter and will move us towards the legendary lifestyle we deserve.
